In 2019, while still on active duty, Gervon achieved notable success by facilitating the sale of 29 homes. After his medical retirement in December of that year, he transitioned to real estate full-time, founding and leading a successful team that continues to thrive. Since 2018, Gervon has executed over 300 transactions, totaling more than $200 million in real estate sales.
