When he says he’s going to do something, you never have to ask twice. When it came to choosing a realtor I personally looked for 3 characteristics: integrity, problem-solving, and attention to detail. I’m sure there’s more that goes into real estate but these were the most important to be and in just these 3 aspects alone, there are few to none that can even come close to Gervon. In the simplest way to describe my experience, I told Gervon I wanted his help buying a house at the beginning of May and closed/moved into my ideal home by the beginning of June. He accommodated my aggressive touring plan and all the details I was looking for and had me set up in a heartbeat.
